Theresa– Patient Care Coordinator

Theresa, originally from Michigan, began her career in dentistry as a dental assistant before transitioning to her current role as a patient care coordinator. She is passionate about ensuring every patient feels comfortable and cared for during their visit, always striving to bring a positive and welcoming atmosphere to the office. 

Outside of work, Theresa loves spending quality time with her husband, three sone, and their family dog. An active individual, she enjoys running, swimming, and getting lost in a good book. Whether she's out on a run or relaxing with her family, Theresa is always finding ways to stay energized and engaged in life. 

Brianna– Patient Care Coordinator

Bri is originally from Morris Il and moved to the northwest suburbs in 2021. She began her career in dentistry in 2022 as a patient care coordinator at an endodontics office. She joined Elliff Dental in July of 2024.

Bri loves being the first and last smile that people see when they come in for their dental appointments. She has a passion for being empathetic and understanding at every level for every person who walks through the door.  Outside of work, Bri is currently attending cosmetology school set to graduate in 2026. She has a car and a dog. She enjoys snuggling next to them reading, playing video games, painting and drawing.

Lauren – RDH, Registered Dental Hygienist

Lauren graduated from the College of DuPage with a degree in dental hygiene. She grew up in Somonauk, but has moved to Oswego. Lauren enjoys dentistry because of the relationships she gets to form with patients by working together to achieve healthy oral habits and overall health

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, kayaking, watching Chicago sports teams (Go Blackhawks), and playing with her two puggles, Bentley and Sneakers.

 

Rindi – RDH, Registered Dental Hygienist

Rindi has been a dental hygienist for over 20 years and in the dental field for 25. She is a graduate from William Rainey Harper College in Palatine and is passionate about helping her patients strive for and maintain dental health as well as overall health. Rindi truly loves the patient rapport she builds with every visit and to continually get to know her patients and educate on healthy smiles. She is committed to making appointments an enjoyable and a positive experience.

Rindi grew up in Schaumburg and moved to Batavia in 2017 and is an active community member. She has two children in the Batavia schools, and both are involved in sports and activities. In her free time, she enjoys spending                                                           time with her kids and friends and is an avid sports fan. She loves to bake and find new recipes to experiment with.

Amanda – RDH, Registered Dental Hygienist

Maria - Lead Dental Assistant

Maria has been working in the field of dentistry for almost 20 years. She always put her focus on making patients feel comfortable and how to put a smile on their face. She is certified in Coronal Polishing, Pit and Fissure Sealant Placement, CPR, and actually has her degree in Doctor of Dental Medicine in the Philippines. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Bo.
